As the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) plans to cut 15 percent of its workforce, Sen. Jerry Moran, R-Kan., the chairman of the Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, announced on Tuesday that he plans to introduce legislation to ensure the VA remains “well-staffed.”
