In November 2005, he moved to the U.S. arm of VT Group, VT Services where he would become the corporate development director in charge of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as strategy - a role that would eventually lead to him overseeing the acquisitions of Milcom Systems Corporation (now VT Milcom) and AEPCO Inc. Prior to VT, Griffin Parker worked for Northrop Grumman for 19 years where he held several leadership roles. While working for Northrop as executive director in the Mission Systems and Information Technology sector, Parker developed a strong track record to lead grow profits and diversity operations in management systems engineering and integration, IT, logistics services, and O&M services.
