Biography:

William Bouie is a highly motivated, engaging, and motivated leader who has proven results throughout his career in building organizations. His strength is his expertise in sales, marketing, and operational and technical support. He has diverse professional experience in the area of Managed Services, telecommunications networks, network operations, and management of multimedia networks. Mr. Bouie has designed, implemented, and project managed many complex systems in support of the utility, government, healthcare, financial, and higher education marketplaces.
Mr. Bouie has served as an expert witness on a number of occasions regarding enterprise telecommunications matters for the FBI and the Department of Justice, among others. He is well known throughout the industry for his straight forward approach to solving many business issues relating to telecommunications and providing custom solutions to those problems.
Mr. Bouie was recognized in 2009 by the Washington Business Journal as one of the Minority Business Leaders of the year.
Mr. Bouie is very active in the community and serves on various boards including: Chairman - Fairfax County Park Authority; Board of Trustees - Reston Hospital Center; Vice Chair - Initiative for Public Art Reston; President - Public Links Inc; Board of Governors - Reston Community Center.
