Liz Tomka

Liz Tomka is the director of Business Transformation at SAIC, leading the development and adoption of streamlined, agile acquisition approaches to meet customers’ most critical mission requirements. Her work in shaping alternative acquisition models has helped transform the way SAIC does business.

In her prior role with SAIC, Liz established and led a cross-functional team that won more than $3.7 billion in awards within a single year. Liz also managed SAIC’s GSA contract vehicles, the company’s award-winning Mentor-Protégé Program, and joint ventures. SAIC was the top prime contractor on multiple vehicles under her direction.

Liz has more than 15 years of experience in operations, program management, and business development for large and small businesses and non-profits.
