Matthew Riddle

As the Deputy Chief Information Officer (D/CIO) for Cybersecurity and Operations, Mr. Riddle brings combined exemplary cybersecurity and IT expertise, along with a deep appreciation for the complex challenges of supporting the Agency’s mission.

Prior to joining the CIO leadership team, Matt served as a Group Chief in the Office of Security in the Directorate of Support. Matt also previously served as the Chief of Digital Innovation in the Europe and Eurasia Mission Center and the Chief Information Security Officer at the National Reconnaissance Office. Matt’s core cybersecurity domain expertise will be a tremendous asset to the Office of the CIO and to the Agency’s cybersecurity defense posture.

With more than 15 years of Agency experience serving in various positions of increasing responsibility, Mr. Riddle’s career demonstrates his ability to build partnerships and cultivate talent while advancing the Agency’s mission.
