Matthew Guarini

For the past 25 years, Matthew has been at the forefront of every major technological innovation. Starting at McKinsey during the turn of the century, he worked with clients to capture the value of the emerging internet. From there, he joined Infosys, where he helped clients capture the value of the services boom.

Seizing an opportunity to move from service provider to CIO, Matthew spent the better part of five years helping National Grid transform its technology strategy to focus on delivering customer value. Returning to his strategic roots, Matthew led the technology practice at Forrester Research, where he was instrumental in helping CIOs get ahead of future trends while delivering value in the present.

Today, Matthew has brought together the common theme to his tech career – the ability to unleash the business value of technology into his role as Executive Director of the TBM Council. In this role, Matthew is helping the Council’s 19,000 members and 4,100 organizations develop successful and sustainable TBM practices.
