Robert Davenport

Robert “Brian” Davenport is a highly accomplished leader in Enterprise IT Portfolio Management, financial management, and federal procurement.

Mr. Davenport’s experience is anchored by his deep specialization in Technology Business Management (TBM) and FinOps in a federal environment, which he has successfully implemented to drive organizational change and data-driven business decisions. He is responsible for establishing a major U.S. Federal Department’s initial FinOps team and strategy, and leads a cross-functional TBM Working Group.

His extensive experience across federal agencies, including the United States Coast Guard, positions him as a leading expert in connecting strategic financial planning with complex IT and cybersecurity objectives.
