Brad Wintermute

An accomplished leader with over 22 years experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry. His diverse background includes financial management; program management; full lifecycle development and management of software application and secure infrastructure environments.

His focus on customer service coupled with a strong IT technical acumen has proven to be a successful combination in multiple organizations. He spent over 15 years working at Electronic Data Systems providing superior customer service to a variety of commercial and government customers. He began providing service to the FDA in 2008 while working for the Mitre Corporation. His efforts at Mitre include technical and program management support for the FDA data center build outs and subsequent application migrations Since joining the FDA as an employee in 2012, he has provided project management and technical support for a variety of other high profile initiatives. He’s held various leadership positions within FDA, and currently serves as the Deputy CIO as the Director for the Office of Technology and Delivery.
