Karen Lorenz has over 20 years of experience in the support and implementation of applications for use in Finance and HR. During this time, she has cultivated systems for large companies and school districts across Washington State. In 2012, Karen acted as the Lead Project Manager and Business Analyst for the beta implementation of GHR and Talent Acquisition at Tacoma Public Schools. Today, Karen is the Director of Integrated Systems Management and supports all systems used by the Business, Finance and Human Resources divisions of one of the largest school districts in Washington State. She endeavors to innovate systems that drive a workforce aiming to deliver academic success to Every Student, Every Day.
