Dorris Consulting is seeking nominations for its 2019 Service to the Citizen Awards.  Nominations are due by Jan. 17, 2020, for “dedicated champions of change who work tirelessly to improve the services the government provides to the public,” the firm said.  “Whether you partner with the government in their overall customer experience strategy, provide contact center services, redesign one of their major web properties or transform the entire system or any of the other many important services needed to improve the experience the public has with government, we want to recognize both the government and industry,” Dorris said. Winners will be announced in March 2020, and honored at a luncheon at the Willard Hotel in Washington, D.C., on April 28.
