Federal and private sector experts will come together on March 10 for the ServiceNow Federal Forum, where they will discuss how agile, efficient, and effective workflows are strengthening and empowering the Federal workforce.

With President Biden’s recent executive orders (EO) – including those covering customer service, cybersecurity, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) – the future of work has a whole new meaning for Federal agencies, leadership, and employees.

Register today to hear Lt. Gen. Robert J. Skinner, director, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and commander, Joint Force Headquarters-Department of Defense, share how to stay ahead of cyber adversaries and leverage modern technology to carry out missions of any caliber. Gen. Skinner will talk about how to reduce operational risk from numerous threats including digital disruption, the coronavirus pandemic, and cyberattacks.

On the Federal civilian side, Gerald Caron, CIO and assistant inspector general for information technology at the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General, will talk about how zero trust architecture is instrumental in strengthening cybersecurity – as outlined in the cybersecurity EO – and address common roadblocks and adoption strategies.

Leaders from several Federal agencies will spotlight President Biden’s DEIA EO, with insights on tap from Traci DiMartini, chief human capital officer at the General Services Administration; Javier Inclán, deputy office head at the Office of Equity and Civil Rights, National Science Foundation; and Zina Daché Merritt, special assistant to the comptroller general for DEIA at the Government Accountability Office. The panelists will discuss how to advocate for – and empower – diverse individuals in the Federal workforce.
