Harrell Named to Head CISA Infrastructure Security Division

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced the appointment of Brian Harrell as head of the Infrastructure Security Division at DHS’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). He was managing director of enterprise security at Duke Energy, and before that was director for critical infrastructure protection programs at the North American Electric Reliability Corp.
