CenturyLink adds UCaaS to Schedule 70 Contract
CenturyLink, an IT services and data management company, added a Unified Communications-as-a-Service platform to the General Services Administration’s IT Schedule 70 contract on July 18. The platform, powered by the BroadSoft Government Cloud, provides a mobile and secure infrastructure for multisite workplaces. The IT Schedule 70 contract is an acquisition vehicle for Federal, state, and local government agencies.
Leidos Supports AFATDS
The U.S. Army awarded technology company Leidos a contract to provide systems engineering and software development for the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System on July 18. The single award has a three-year base period of performace and is valued at $102 million. The AFATDS system provides artillery systems fire command and control capabilities for the U.S. Army and Marine Corps.
