HighPoint Global Acquires Primescape Solutions
HighPoint Global announced on Oct. 23 the acquisition of Primescape Solutions, a Herndon, Va.-based company that helps government agencies achieve their digital transformation goals with services including software development, data services, and interactive content. HighPoint’s Federal customers include the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Primescape Solutions’ customers include the Department of Treasury, Department of Health and Human Services, Defense Logistics Agency, Department of State, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
