Open Technology Fund Names CEO, President

The Open Technology Fund (OTF), a nonprofit that works on projects to advance global internet freedom, has named Libby Liu chief executive officer. She was President at Radio Free Asia, which launched OTF in 2012 with Federal funding from the U.S. Agency for Global Media. OTF has since become an independent nonprofit and is separate from Radio Free Asia. OTF also announced the appointment of Laura Cunningham as President. She was the organization’s Principal Director.
