Prior to government service, Ashley grew her experience as a developer and later, product manager, delivering technical products at scale at IBM and Pivotal. In 2019 she joined the U.S. Digital Service where the word “mission” changed her purpose. She is passionate about civic tech, and instilling truly agile practices with diverse teams.
