Bryan Jolly

Bryan Jolly is Senior Vice President for the Leidos Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) IT Business Area leading major digital transformation efforts. The business area includes the Defense Enclave Services (DES) and Global Service Management – Operations (GSM-O) programs delivering critical enterprise, end user, cyber, and network services worldwide.

Prior to leading the newly formed DISA IT Business Area, Bryan served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Leidos QTC Medical Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Leidos. In that role, he supported and scaled the business delivering managed health services to more than one million U.S. Veterans, military service members, and federal employees located in the United States and 39 foreign countries.

Bryan has spent more than 20 years leading digital business modernization efforts for numerous Department of Defense and federal customers, as well as internally for the corporation. Prior to becoming QTC COO, he served as Vice-President within the Leidos Chief Information Office leading the enterprise infrastructure and applications efforts for the $14B, 42,000-employee global corporation. Bryan championed numerous digital transformation efforts that helped lead the corporation through the COVID pandemic, introduced innovative “As a Service” models, and drove enhanced decision making through visible business data analytics.

Bryan graduated from the University of Virginia with BS in Mechanical Engineering and from Georgetown University McDonough School with Masters in Business Administration. He also attended the Executive Leadership Program at University of North Carolina Kenan Flagler School of Business. He currently lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and two young children.
