Carrie Wibben is the President of Exiger. She leads strategic go-to-market and engagement across Exiger’s most critical accounts and oversees Exiger Government Solutions. Honored with the National Defense Industrial Association’s Dr. Desmond G. Newman Award for Supply Chain Excellence, she brings extensive military and government experience and was instrumental in securing Exiger’s $74 million GSA contract and FedRAMP Moderate and Impact Level 4 accreditation.
Wibben served as the Deputy Director of DCSA and Principal Deputy for Counterintelligence, Security and Law Enforcement at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. She’s held senior positions at OMB and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. A West Point graduate, she served as a U.S. Army Officer and was the first woman to serve as Commander of the Guard for the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
