Colin Keeler

Colin Keeler has been the Director of Financial Systems for the BFM since 1997, where his team oversees the state’s ERP systems, Payroll/HRIS, Financial Reporting and Budgeting systems. His position is located in the Bureau of Finance and Management, which is the Governor’s Budget Office and is involved in many legislative initiatives. The best part of his job is that it enables him to enjoy a 360 degree view of state government and participate in a never ending variety of projects with statewide significance.
