Dmitry Didovicher is a Transformation Specialist at Red Hat, focusing on cloud native & DevOps transformation within the DoD/IC community. Dmitry’s career as a software developer started more than 25 years ago when he pursued a degree in Computer Science at the University of Maryland after serving in Maryland’s National Guard as an Infantryman and Aircraft Communication Systems Technician. Dmitry has worked at some of the largest technology companies and DoD/IC agencies. He developed enterprise-grade geospatial systems and designed counter-intelligence and counter-espionage signal processing SIGINT security systems. As his involvement with Federal agencies grew, Dmitry led Open Source initiatives to help agencies adapt and expand the use of the Open Source databases and automated security and compliance technologies.
