Erica Jackson serves as a Principal Engineer on the Strategic Adoption Team, supporting Dell Technologies’ Project Fort Zero (PFZ) and Global Executive Briefing Program. Through evangelization, education, and the adoption of the Zero Trust Framework, the PFZ Team are proud to enable the Network Security Transformations of leading companies across all industries.
Before joining Dell Technologies, Ms. Jackson served nearly three decades in the National Security, Defense, and Intelligence Sector with the National Security Agency (NSA) and U.S. Army. In her most recent assignment, she served as NSA’s Zero Trust Strategic Lead, directing the Native Zero Trust Cloud (NZTC) testbed in support of the DoD CIO’s Zero Trust Portfolio Management Office.
Throughout her career, Ms. Jackson has served in multiple domestic and overseas operational missions to include Cyber Compliance, Cyber Counterintelligence, Global Cyber Intrusion Sets, and the NSS/CSS Cyber Threat Operations Center.
As a Contract Officer Representative and DAWIA-certified Program Manager she directed a multiple hundred-million-dollar portfolio that sustained over 200 corporate IT systems; partnered across government, industry, and academic sectors to deliver complex modernization and transformation efforts across the Intelligence Community; and worked with multiple companies to formulate and implement corporate strategies that improve user experience, business processes, and overall outcomes.
