John Raymond
Department of Justice
John Raymond works at the Justice Department in the Office of the Chief Information Officer serving as the Deputy Director of the Policy and Planning Staff. In this role, John directs the budget, financial management, acquisition activities, and leads IT human resource management. The Policy and Planning Staff also spearheads IT policy development, which recently has included implementing the provisions contained in FITARA. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University, and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Southern California. John is happily married to Jeannine and they have fun raising their two student-athlete daughters.
