Justin Morgan is a Solutions Architect in the Solutions Development Division of the Office of Telecommunications Services, Information Technology Category (ITC), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). The Federal Acquisition Service provides buying platforms and acquisition services to Federal, DoD, State and Local governments for a broad range of items from office supplies to motor vehicles to information technology and telecommunications products and services.
Justin is responsible for providing solutions engineering advice and assistance to federal agencies, including expertise for network modernization, service transition, cloud service provider connectivity, and developing emerging technology solution sets for ITC contracts like the Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract for agencies to leverage and further their modernization efforts.
He received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland University College, and a M.S. degree in Systems Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University. He is CISSP, CCSP, PMP, AWS CSAA, and FAC-P/PM Level 3 certified.
