Kevin E. Bearden

Kevin Bearden is Vice President of Foreign Affairs and Transportation within General Dynamics IT’s Health and Civilian Solutions Division. In this role, Mr. Bearden manages a business portfolio focused on U.S. Foreign Affairs and Department of Transportation/Federal Aviation Administration clients and provides subject matter expertise to various civilian cyber and defense information operations programs.
Prior to joining General Dynamics IT, Mr. Bearden was a Principal Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton’s Cyber Security Center of Excellence and Cyber Program Director at SRA International. While at Booz Allen, Mr. Bearden consulted with U.S. bilateral partner nations as part of U.S. government-sponsored Cyber Reverse Trade Missions and supported international cyber diplomacy initiatives administered by the Department of State, Senior Coordinator for Cyber Issues, as well as managed cyber BPAs and programs supporting the International Monetary Fund and the International Finance Corporation at the World Bank. During his time at SRA, Mr. Bearden oversaw the company’s IT Infrastructure Security Support Services Program with the Department of State Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Office of Cyber Security.
Mr. Bearden earned his undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and possesses graduate level certificates in Law Enforcement Intelligence, Counterintelligence and Advanced Intelligence Analysis, as well as the following program management and cyber security certifications: PMP, CISSP, ISSEP, CEH, CHFI, ECSA, LPT, NSA IAM & IEM. Mr. Bearden served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army Signal Corps.
