Kevin Youngquist

Mr. Kevin Youngquist was appointed Vice President of Veritas Public Sector in May of 2019. Mr. Youngquist is responsible for strategy and execution across Public Sector for Veritas Technologies LLC. Kevin previously ran Civilian sales as the Sr. Director of Veritas Federal, Civilian Sector, with responsibilities for all aspects of sales, including strategy and execution across the Federal Civilian space in North America. Prior to Veritas, Kevin held similar Sr. Leadership roles with Symantec Corporation. Mr. Youngquist is a proven leader with over 25 years of industry experience in Public Sector. Throughout his career, he has successfully built high performing teams, delivered innovative solutions to solve customer problems and brings extensive federal domain knowledge to support this community. He was a FedScoop 50 Industry Leader finalist in 2018.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Youngquist has held leadership roles at Symantec, and Hewlett Packard. He has consulted for Turkish Airlines and Evalueserve. In addition to his professional career, Mr. Youngquist is an active member of the AFCEA Bethesda organization, AFFIRM, and ACT-IAC.

Mr. Youngquist holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business of Georgetown University where he studied International Business. He lives with his wife in Arlington, Virginia and enjoys running, golf, and mountain climbing.
