Marc leads CAST Software’s Public Sector market, collaborating daily with DoD, IC, Civilian and State IT organizations who leverage Software Intelligence to mitigate risk and improve outcomes in software intensive programs. Marc volunteers as the Federal lead for CISQ – Consortium of Information and Software Quality – working with government, industry, and FFRDCs promoting standard measures for acquisition policy, as well as scaled agile/DevSecOps workflows. With 25+ years of experience in the sector, Marc is a frequent speaker and panelist on topics impacting enterprise and mission software.
