Mr. Failor is a multi-faceted executive with domestic and international experience in business development, operational alignment, technology insertion, manufacturing and repair, multi-modal transportation, supply chain optimization, and audit compliance. He is responsible for leading and transforming current operational logistics systems and services delivery from system development and sustainment of custom built software to configuring and delivering Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) via Cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS)/Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS). He maintains functional knowledge and engages in transformational strategies with the Defense, Intelligence and Federal Sectors, while continuously evaluating emerging and deployed Internet of Things (IoT) and disruptive technologies (blockchain, smart contracts, artificial intelligence and machine learning) that may enable operational logistics transformation. His areas of expertise include Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and Maintenance, Overhaul & Repair (MRO). His previous experience includes: CTO for a Boeing and LMCO licensed business providing aviation manufacturing and repair services, CEO for a VOSB proving ERP strategy and PMO services, MVP for Gartner’s Defense and National Security Practice, and a Principal Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Failor is also a combat veteran and is serving in his 29th years as a US Naval Reserve Supply Corps CAPTAIN, where he has have successfully delivered sustained Global, Operational and Expeditionary Logistics Support Services to the Navy and Joint Warfighters around the world.
