Max leads the global ITx Emerging Solutions team that works with customers to incubate, pilot and launch DevOps, SRE and AI/ML solutions to accelerate IT transformation. Prior to ServiceNow, Max led strategy and technology services in the areas of software development, systems integration, service and operations management at Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte and American Management Systems.
Max has a BS in Systems Engineering from University of Virginia and an MS in Technology Commercialization from University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
