Megan Sikora

Megan Sikora is a Senior Account Manager at IBM Apptio for Federal clients within the Public Sector group. In this role she oversees Federal/GovCloud accounts and customer relationship management. Previously, Megan was a Customer Success Advisor focusing on driving strategic value, business alignment and adoption across all Apptio products.
Prior to joining Apptio, Megan worked in the Federal Sector for 16 years, most recently at the General Services Administration (GSA) in their Information Technology office as the Director of Resource and Allocation Management. In her role, she oversaw the formulation and execution of the GSA IT budget, working in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. She led GSA’s implementation of the cost transparency initiative utilizing the Technical Business Management (TBM) framework across GSA for IT services; allowing GSA IT to model and track their total costs to deliver and maintain IT services.
In addition, Megan has also worked at the Department of Health and Human Services within the Office of the CIO overseeing the IT governance bodies and working on the implementation of the Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA).
Megan holds an undergraduate degree in computer information systems and business administration from Towson University, and a master’s degree in business administration from Loyola College.
