Neil Graves

Neil Graves is the Principal Computer Scientist at the U.S. Department of State, overseeing the strategic and tactical efforts to define and design the intersection of usability assurance and information assurance maximizing the US diplomatic mission. He is responsible for developing the Department’s next-generation enterprise cybersecurity architecture which includes oversight of the CDM implementation. Additionally, he represents the Department to multiple National Security Council sub-committees and is an active member of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.

Neil is a career federal employee with past roles in offensive cyber operations, continuity of government, and research and development across many federal departments and agencies. Neil holds a MS in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, MS in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins, and is a Harvard University Senior Executive Fellow.
