With over 15 years of experience in government technology innovation, Parker Hine currently serves as a Senior Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he leads the Federal Civilian Business Development and Bid Strategy team.
During his five-year tenure at AWS, Parker has created multiple direct contracts between civilian government agencies and AWS. Prior to AWS, Parker built a diverse background working at both small businesses and large system integrators, where he excelled in product management and solution development.
A George Washington University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Economics, Parker also holds several technical AWS certifications and Lean Six Sigma credentials. He is passionate about enabling government organizations to adopt forward-thinking technology solutions that enhance innovation and responsiveness to citizen and national needs.
