Pruitt Hall
Classically trained and educated as a computer scientist/technologist, Pruitt has enjoyed a three ‘plus’ decade-long IT career. Over fifteen years ago, he began a full-time career adjunct as an IT Infrastructure Designer/Builder/Commissioning Agent (Cx) for data center clients. Pruitt is presently working with clients assisting in all phases of technology implementation from an infrastructure standpoint. This typically includes design assistance for any technology component, ranging from telephony, data, voice/data integration, low voltage internal & external cable plants, server room design, precision HVAC and electrical components as well as commissioning and post-commissioning studies. Pruitt has also been involved in some of the largest software installations for IT-environmental monitoring including dedicated BAS/BMS/EMS, JACE as well as DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) roll-outs to enterprise clients. In the Federal IT-space, Pruitt assists clients with their Data Center Optimization Initiative rolls as mandated via the GSA/OMB DCOI memo M-16-19. He is currently the Project Manager for NASA JPL’s DCIM implementation.
