Mr. Balkissoon has over 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology spanning federal government, federal contracting, not-for-profit, and higher education, with over 15 years specializing in Cybersecurity. Mr. Balkissoon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
