Scott Frohman
Scott Frohman runs programs responsible for bringing the innovation of Google to the U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. defense intelligence community.
He works with government to enable adoption of cutting-edge practices in the areas of artificial intelligence, ultra-large scale mission analytics, cybersecurity, and workforce productivity.
Prior to Google, Scott ran the 60-person Federal business for Rational Software Corporation (later IBM Rational®), having contributed directly to the success of many Federal and commercial mission-critical software development programs, as well as the Unified Modeling Language ISO standard. Scott has taught information technology best practices to audiences in many developed and third-world nations.
Scott holds degrees in engineering, computer science, and business.
