Dr. Shantrell (Nikki) Collier

Dr. Nikki Collier is a member of the senior executive service with more than 30 years of experience in information technology (IT) and cybersecurity operations. She was appointed on February 17, 2026, as the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Information Resources Management and the U.S. Department of Justice Chief Information Officer.

Dr. Collier overseas service delivery, resource management, and cybersecurity in support of the DOJ’s mission-critical operations. She leads the enterprise IT strategy, manages a multi-billion-dollar IT investment portfolio, and ensures compliance with Federal cybersecurity statutory regulations.

Dr. Collier is a U.S. Army veteran with 22 years of service retiring as a Sergeant Major. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Technology Management with a concentration in Digital Forensics from Trident University International.
