Since 2009, the Federal government has been shifting its data storage needs away from data centers toward cloud-based services. Agencies are in the thick of making a secure and cost-effective transition to the cloud as they move toward full compliance with the Cloud First policy. With that shift comes a wide array of questions that need to be answered.
