Keynote: Innovative Approaches to Security Complexity

Most enterprises today have one, two, or even three public clouds and a private cloud, plus traditional bare metal workloads. In these complex environments, security can be elusive. Gigamon research found, for example, that half of IT and security leaders worldwide are confident in their security from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud, yet 94 percent experienced a data breach in the last 18 months. In this keynote address, Michael Dickman, Gigamon’s chief product officer, provides insight into why security is so elusive today, as well as the innovative cybersecurity approaches that are enabling organizations to thwart evolving cyber threats, gain visibility into their environments, and extend Zero Trust from the data center to the cloud and the edge.
