The U.S. Army is requesting information on contractors that can provide nationwide web-based public data services for the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division Command (USACIDC). According to the request for information (RFI), the requested service must provide access to reliable public information, document retrieval, and services that are required for use in criminal investigations and other missions conducted by USACIDC.
Among the information that contractors are to provide information on is an ability to conduct media searches for news, people, businesses, insurance topics, and deaths and obituaries in all 50 states plus D.C. They must also must be able to obtain or conduct research on Department of Motor Vehicle Information including obtaining real-time driver’s license data and conduct research on real-time license plate reader data.
The response date for the RFI is April 29, 2019.
