Cerner announced a number of partnerships to support the company in its $10 billion contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs to modernize the VA’s electronic health records system. The company announced “core partners” of AbleVets, Accenture, Guidehouse, Henry Schein, Leidos, MicroHealth, and ProSource360. “Cerner has brought together some of this country’s brightest industry leaders to transform veteran health care delivery,” said VA Secretary Robert Wilkie. Cerner also announced 17 additional smaller partners to help with the deployment.
