The Technology Transformation Services (TTS) office housed at the General Services Administration (GSA) is getting new leadership as current GSA CIO David Shive adds acting TTS Director to his curriculum vitae.

According to a GSA spokesperson, Shive began serving as TTS Director in an acting capacity on Nov. 29. Bob DeLuca, who was acting TTS Director, will be staying on TTS through Dec. 18 to assist with the transition in leadership.

DeLuca, who began serving as acting TTS Director in July 2020, will be shifting to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as deputy CIO. DeLuca followed Anil Cheriyan, who stepped down from the role of July 17, 2020.

Shive joined GSA’s Office of the CIO in November 2012 serving various roles before being named CIO, including Director of the Office of Enterprise Infrastructure, and acting Director of HR and FM Systems for the GSA CFO and CPO offices.
