The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is seeking to address data-sharing platform gaps that lead to inefficient dissemination of “knowledge” products, and updated a request for information (RFI) on a draft Statement of Work (SOW) for data management services from vendors.

MCC is wants to address the following with the platform:

  • Improve functionality of searchability, shareability, citation, and monitoring and analyzing use of the platform and its corresponding products;
  • Provide a function for secure restricted-access data sharing; and,
  • Receive technical services that support the preparation and review of data packages for improved data accessibility.

“MCC is committed to open data and transparency balanced with proper, ethical management of its data – particularly data that includes personally identifiable and sensitive information,” the RFI states.

The response date to the RFI is April 29.
