Science Applications International Corp. said Feb. 6 it agreed to buy Unisys Federal in a deal valued at $1.2 billion. Unisys Federal provides infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, managed services, and enterprise IT-as-a-service to Federal civilian agencies and the Defense Department. SAIC said it expects to complete the acquisition by the end of May.
