Jonathan Spalter confirmed on Twitter July 18 that he will stay on as USTelecom’s CEO and president for the next three years. Spalter, who was appointed to those positions in 2017, said in a statement, “I’m energized by USTelecom’s growing leadership in the key issues driving the future of our connected society, and I thank our innovative members for their shared commitment to delivering the power and promise of broadband for all.” In other USTelecom news, the broadband industry group announced the appointment of Brandon Heiner as senior vice president on July 8. Heiner will lead USTelecom’s Federal legislative policy agenda.
