While students get multiple reports cards and progress reports throughout the year, teachers lack similar feedback. As Bill Gates cautions, with no feedback, there can be no coaching. Gates suggests that even great teachers can get better with smart feedback. In this TED Talk, he lays out a program from his foundation to bring feedback to every teacher and classroom.
